Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after you receive your order. All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with no scratches or damage.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless you receive defective, broken or wrong items. Please take clear photos/videos of damaged goods and packaging before you apply for return. Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees for your original order are non-refundable. Sale / clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us first. We will help file a carrier investigation.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after payment confirmation. We ship internationally to United States via standard shipping. Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days, shipping time may be extended due to customs clearance, weather or courier delays.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or customs inspection fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check local import rules before placing your order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. If the package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, buyer will bear the reshipping cost.
Most of our crystals are natural genuine stones. Natural crystals may have minor inclusions, veins, small pits or slight variations in color, shape and size. These are natural features and not considered defects. Each crystal is unique and one-of-a-kind.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. Send clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and original packaging. We will review your case and arrange a refund or replacement for you.
You may cancel or update your shipping address only before your order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot make changes. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Keep crystals away from hard impacts, extreme heat and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Some stones are sensitive to water; please research your crystal type before soaking it in water.
